Loura Sanchez 0:02 Hi, everybody, Laura Sanchez here with my amazing co host, Stephen Christopher, Unknown Speaker 0:07 what's up? Loura Sanchez 0:09 We're here to talk and connect the dots with the episode we did recently with Lauri ivers. And I have to say, at least for me, this is the second time I've talked to Lauri spent any time with it, and things began to click for me, they began to sink in. I know, Stephen, you've worked with her for over a year? I think it is. And so you've heard some of the things that she said, but every time you talk to Laura, you get more stuff out of it. Right? Yeah. Oh, what? What do you think, you know, where, where do you get the most value from Lauri? Stephen Christopher 0:46 Um, well, I, you know, I get a lot of value from Lauri. I mean, one of the places is, it's this, it's watching, intuition and connectedness, in action, right. And so every time I talk to Lori, it reminds me how connected we are, it's just that most of the time we forget about it. So how much we can actually tune into and rely on our intuition to make decisions that are best for us. In each moment, as we go throughout our days, like, every time I talk to her, it just reminds me of how powerful we are as an individual. But how much also static, we've allowed to come into our life that blocks us or kind of makes it harder for us to tune into and actually trust our intuition or our gut. I mean, how many, how many articles have you read about some of the most famous business people, whether it's Hilton, or people like that, that always talk about how, most of the time they just go with their gut on stuff. I mean, Warren Buffett, he does business with people that he likes, he trust his gut. And so this is a real skill, and it's something that's very, very reliable when you start to learn how to use it, and you learn how to be connected. And the other thing, every time I talk to lawyers, I just remember that we're all capable of this. It just takes a little bit of skill, it takes a little bit of practice. But we're all capable of it. And sometimes I forget that. Loura Sanchez 2:22 Yeah, you know, I thought that, you know, I'm a big believer in intuition. I use it a lot. But I've always thought of it as kind of just something you have. Right? And, and it's not necessarily something that you practice, or that you can get better at, you just kind of follow your intuition. And eventually you understand or you start to trust that gut. So I think from Lauri, the one thing that I'm trying to do more of, is to recognize that Wait a minute, I can improve this skill by just a few things in terms of opening myself up being aware of the energy that's out there, and choosing at which level I'm going to vibrate. And what am I going to send out in the world? Am I going to send out the low vibe, in terms of you know, frustration, or being tired? Or? Or am I going to vibrate higher? Because that's how I want to live my life? Stephen Christopher 3:20 Yep. Yeah. And you know that Lauri walk through all of the different scales of vibration. And whatever frequency we're vibrating at is what we are connecting with. And it's what we are basically attraction. I mean, we didn't talk a whole lot about manifestation. I actually don't really like that word, so much based on how a lot of people understand it, because a lot of people have just simply tied it to money. But essentially, at all times, all day, every day, we are always attracting something to us. And we're always repelling something away from us. And so when we start to become more conscious about our intuition, and what we're actually desiring to create, and what we're actually desiring to attract, then we can become more aware of what is it what frequency are we vibrating at? Which means what are we actually attracting? And what are we actually repelling? Because we're always creating, we're always attracting, and people forget that a lot of times they think that it's just oh, well, you know, whenever I pay attention to what I want to create, or manifest or attract, that's when I'm going to attract it. But that's not the case. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, we're always attracting, we're always in alignment with something. And so paying attention to what is that vibration? What is that frequency that we're putting out there? Because that's, that's exactly what we're going to be getting back. Loura Sanchez 4:43 Yeah, you know, one of the the kind of the lights that went off for me was, you know, I think she was talking about whether it was shame or guilt. I don't remember which I think maybe it was guilt, that that you know, certainly that's a low frequency vibe that we send out. But that oftentimes that guilt comes from childhood, right? It comes from something in our childhood, or somehow we were raised some experience we had in the past. And that guilt, we don't even, we're not even aware that we are doing something because we have guilt. But yet, it is, it's going out there every single day, right, and how you interact with someone, whether it's at your company, or whether it's with your significant other, there is some level of that vibration coming out of you because you carry it deep inside. So for me that there was all of a sudden this connection between, okay, that's why the work in terms of your, your past healing wounds, wounds, whatever it may be, correlates to being able to be super connected to everything that's out there and all that energy. And so there's another reason to do it other than just oh, I want to feel better about myself, Well, no, no, wait a minute, you then have this superpower that you can tap into more easily. Stephen Christopher 6:03 Yeah, yeah, it's interesting, you know, you mentioned or yours kind of skirting around that or talking a little bit about like the trauma thing, right. And I don't remember the order of the episodes. But this is this is an interesting thing to wrap all this together, because we have somebody here, like Lauri, who is a basically a knower of all knowledge, right, an Oracle, a psychic medium, talking about those types of things, and how they relate to vibration and stuff. Then you go and you look at the episode that we did with Sherry walling, and then even Elizabeth Moxie, and how they talk about it. And they're talking about the same things. It's just they're talking about it in a different way. They're talking about it, you know, in the more scientific type manner, but it's, it's all tied together. And so the cool thing about like this episode is that in those other two is that we get to talk about the same thing, but we get to hear about it from these different perspectives, and these different schooling and these different ways of thought. So that now, I don't care what you actually believe. You, you have to believe that all of this stuff is intertwined, and that we're absolutely creating our reality with, you know, vibration, and with thought, it's just we have all these different old filters that are coming in. Loura Sanchez 7:23 Yeah, absolutely. Stephen Christopher 7:27 I think, you know, one of the other things that she talked about is just a reminder that, that we're the director, you know, we're the director of our of our script. And I think we forget that I mean, I can speak for myself, I definitely forget that sometimes. And I think she might have even called me out on the on the episode about it, but is that we are the director, right? Like, we're the CO creator of this future. And I know, when I started to learn more about intuition and started to hone in more on that, sometimes I would take the backseat driver to it and just wait for wait for the intuition to come for me or just ask a question and wait for it, instead of being the actual director of my life, and then using intuition to make those decisions as I move the ball forward. And so I think that was really important to just remember, like, we must be active in our, in the creation of the life that we want. Loura Sanchez 8:28 Yeah, I thought I wrote down. I am the director of Laura, and Laura is the vessel. Right? Because sometimes we think so much of, well, it's me, Well, wait a minute, there's this bigger I write, I get to control what Laura does. I get to control where she spends her time where the energy is, how connected she is. And that keeps you out of your head. Sometimes I think, by looking at it that way and not getting all caught up in the well. Wait a minute, should I do that? How should I do it? Is that the appropriate way to try and increase my ability to manifest something? It's Wait a minute, no, no, no, you are the director. I think that's a really good point. I agree with you completely. Yep. Stephen Christopher 9:13 Yeah, that's when I go back to a lot. And I like the way that you said it is. You're the director in this, you know, this vessel is Laura. And it's just such a great thing to remember, especially when we're like, freaked out and we're not sure what's the next best move. I know, for me, at least when I'm thinking about that. I always think about, oh, what's the right move? And I forget that there's infinite number of right possibilities, right. There's not just one right possibility. And I think we get stuck on that a lot of times with choice and decision is we can be so afraid to make the wrong choice. But we just have to remember there's an infinite number of correct possibilities. It doesn't matter. We can choose. Go down a path, get feedback. And then we can choose. Again. There's there's there's no right answer most of the time, Loura Sanchez 10:05 right. And even the simple little thing that she did remember about delete, like, if a thought comes into your head, you're like, wait a minute, that is what I want to really be focusing on. Lauri will simply say the word delete. And it deletes it from her brain, it deletes it from her process, the initial re say what she wants to say, which I think is an amazing tool. I've been trying to do it. I think it's something that takes practice, like most things, though, but it certainly raises your awareness to maybe some of the negative talk that's happening, or you going down a path that isn't in alignment with what you're trying to accomplish, to just be like, whether it's rewind or delete, and just to get to start over and do it a different way. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's great. Stephen Christopher 10:52 That's a great tool, I actually visualize it. So when I say something like, Oh, I can't do this, or I'm not enough, or who am I to do this or anything like that, when those show up, I see the actual words, as you know, I'm extremely visual, I see the words and I hit Delete. And when I say delete, it actually blows up and Loura Sanchez 11:10 loads, I like it. Stephen Christopher 11:11 And it's cool, because then it's just gone. So now I can take that thing that's this kind of gooey, gooey feeling that doesn't have a lot of structure around it, I can put it into these visual words. And then I can literally blow it up. And it's just and then it's just gone. Loura Sanchez 11:25 Yeah, I think that's a very, very powerful technique that all of us could learn to use, for sure. Stephen Christopher 11:31 Awesome. Well, I think the last part, or the last thing for me on this is just that, just remembering that even if something is different, like if somebody listened to this episode, they're like, Oh, my gosh, this is crazy. I don't believe in this, or it just seems so out there. Just remember, like, in life, when we're going through life, we see such a narrow version, or a vision of what is possible. And so just reminding myself and others to just always be open to things out there that maybe are new. I know like when I met Lori, excuse me. I know when I met Lori, at first I was like, wow, this is a really cool ability that she has. Getting rid of the last two, that COVID is a really cool tool that she has. But I didn't quite fully believe in all of it, because I didn't fully understand all of it yet. But then as I as I was just open minded, I got to learn some really cool new stuff. And so now when I approach new situations, if there's something that I don't understand, I'm way more open minded. So just remembering to be open minded to stuff because we, we just know so little. And it's all based on our past programming and how we were raised and all that kind of stuff. So just being open to what's possible out there in the world is just a really good reminder for me every time I talk to Lori. Loura Sanchez 13:02 Yeah, that's a really good point, not just in this spectrum, but in many many other spectrums of life. Stephen Christopher 13:06 Right? Exactly. So awesome.
